WHAT I PLAN

Trips built around your family, start to finish

Theme parks, cruise ships and custom getaways. Here’s what I plan, and what working together actually looks like.

THEME PARK VACATIONS

Disney & Universal

Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Universal Orlando and Universal Studios Hollywood, planned around your kids’ ages, your budget, and how early your family is actually willing to get up.

Explore Disney & Universal
  • Choosing the right destination and how many park days you really need
  • Picking an on-site or off-site hotel, with the real trade-offs explained
  • Tickets, park-hopping, and whether add-ons are worth it for your family
  • Lightning Lane (Disney) and Express Pass (Universal), and when they’re worth paying for
  • Dining reservations, booked as soon as the booking window opens
FAMILY CRUISES

Cruises

From a first three-night sailing to an Alaska trip with the grandparents, I match you with the cruise line, ship, itinerary and cabin that fit your family, then handle everything around it.

Explore Cruises
  • Choosing between cruise lines like Disney, Royal Caribbean, Princess, Holland America and others
  • Ship and itinerary picks based on your kids’ ages and what you want from the trip
  • Cabin category and location, including connecting cabins and choices for motion-sensitive travellers
  • Dining times, kids’ clubs and onboard add-ons, and which ones are worth it
  • Shore excursions, timed so you’re back on board with room to spare
CUSTOM FAMILY TRIPS

Custom Family Trips

All-inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean, Hawaii, multi-generational trips and milestone celebrations, built around your budget, your calendar and how your family likes to travel.

Explore Custom Family Trips
  • Matching resorts to your family: kids’ club ages, pools, beach quality and how spread out the property is
  • Room setups that actually fit, like connecting rooms, suites and occupancy rules for bigger families
  • Direct flights from Vancouver where possible, plus transfers both ways
  • Excursions and day trips worth leaving the resort for
  • Coordinating several households: rooms, flights and who pays what
WHY USE A TRAVEL ADVISOR

Same price as booking it yourself, with someone else doing the work

Usually no extra cost

For most bookings I’m paid by the resort, cruise line or tour company, not by you. You pay the same price you would booking on your own.

Perks you can’t get booking online

Through FORA and the Virtuoso network, many hotels and cruise lines add extras for my clients, like breakfast, resort or onboard credit, and upgrades when they’re available.

Someone in your corner

Flight change, missed connection, itinerary swap? You message me, not a call centre, and I work on the fix while you look after the kids.

Hours of research, done

Which resort, which cabin, which week, which park first. I already know the trade-offs, so you get a short list instead of forty open tabs.

INCLUDED WITH EVERY TRIP

However big or small the trip

A real conversation first

We talk about what your family actually enjoys before I suggest anything.

Deadline tracking

Payment dates, dining windows, check-in: I remind you before each one.

Door-to-door logistics

Flights, transfers and hotel nights before departure, all lined up.

Insurance guidance

Plain-English advice on coverage, including what your provincial plan won’t cover.

Perks when available

Virtuoso and FORA extras at partner hotels and cruise lines.

Support while you travel

If plans change mid-trip, you message me, not a call centre.

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, then it’s off your plate

  1. 01

    Tell me about your trip

Fill in the trip form or book a quick call. Who’s going, roughly when, a budget range, and what would make it a great trip. No obligation.

  2. 02

    Get a plan that fits

I come back with a short list of options and honest trade-offs. Once you pick one, I book it and confirm everything in writing.

  3. 03

    I handle the details

Dining, park reservations, excursions, transfers, payment reminders and documents. I track the deadlines so you don’t have to.

  4. 04

    You just show up

You get a day-by-day itinerary before you leave. If something changes while you’re away, I’m the one fixing it.

Not sure which kind of trip you need?

Tell me what you’re picturing and I’ll suggest a few directions.
